He graduated magna cum laude from Cal Poly’s Honors Program with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and concentration in real estate finance. He was also the recipient of a full-ride scholarship. He then went on to earn his MBA from Cal Poly's Orfalea College of Business. Elijah’s employment in the restaurant industry, a Central Coast ranch, and a national men’s fashion store exposed him to customer service and satisfaction. He also worked as a Sales Operations Analyst at a medical supply startup addressing covid supply chain issues. As someone who values community, Elijah plays cello in the San Luis Obispo Symphony, serves at his church, and volunteers on the Sheriff’s Search and Rescue team.
